Shipping conditions for end consumers
1. Delivery countries
Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Italy, Liechtenstein, Austria, Switzerland.
Under the new EU legislation, the PPWR (short for Packaging Act), which states that online retailers must appoint authorised representatives in most destination countries to ensure payments are made to offset waste disposal costs arising from imports from other EU countries – and which generates high annual costs regardless of the volume of parcels and other packaging – we have therefore had to significantly restrict the number of countries to which we ship to end customers. In addition, some countries have national regulations governing the costs associated with waste generated by distance selling.
We can continue to supply the retail trade as usual. It is therefore worth contacting a retailer in your country if necessary!
Please note: If you live in a country other than the four mentioned above and Germany, but have a DELIVERY ADDRESS in Germany or Austria, we are happy to deliver to you there, but only to a delivery address in Germany or Austria!
2. Shipping costs Germany
a. Domestic deliveries (Germany)
All prices include statutory value added tax: We base our prices on DHL's cost structure and calculate them according to weight and depending on peak and peak in peak (peak periods are times when shipping volumes are very high, for which DHL and other parcel service providers charge additional fees):

We offer free shipping on orders over 178.50 € (equivalent to 150 € net).
b. International deliveries
All shipping costs include doorstep delivery; this is an additional option for Sweden and Finland, subject to a surcharge. The individual prices are net prices; the sales tax of the destination country must be added to them. The final price may vary depending on the destination country, as the sales tax of the destination country is charged for goods and shipping.
The shipping price is calculated based on the destination country, base price, and weight. This results in different costs.
The surcharges per package for peak times and peak-in-peak are the same for all countries.

3. Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered within Germany within 3-5 days and to other countries within 5-7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
4. Accepted payment methods

Prepayment by bank transfer, payment must be received within 14 days of placing the order. You will find our bank details in the email containing your order confirmation.
