The following terms and conditions apply:
Dispatch conditions for our business customers
Domestic delivery (Germany) and deliveries to the following foreign countries only: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Great Britain.
Dispatch shall not be made to the following foreign islands: Jersey, Guernsey

We charge shipping costs for domestic deliveries on the basis of the shipping weight per package:
- up to 5kg = 7,50 €
- up to 10kg = 9,50 €
- up to 20kg = 14,50 €
- up to 30kg = 16,50 €
For dispatch of larger quantities (2 or more packages of max. 30kg) palletized dispatch can be an option. Please contact us before placing your order!
Dispatch to foreign countries
We charge shipping costs on the basis of the shipping weight per package (all prices net)::

- up to 5 kg = 17,00 €
- up to 10kg = 20,50 €
- up to 20kg = 30,00 €
- up to 30kg = 35,00 €
Group B
Croatia, Estonia, Finland (Closest Droppoint), Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania,
- up to 5 kg = 17,00 €
- up to 10kg = 20,50 €
- up to 20kg = 33,00 €
- up to 30kg = 43,00 €
Group C
Switzerland, Liechtenstein
- up to 5 kg = 25,00 €
- up to 10kg = 30,00 €
- up to 20kg = 40,00 €
- bis 30kg = 50,00 €
Group D
Norway, Iceland
- up to 5 kg = 30,00 €
- up to 10kg = 39,00 €
- up to 20kg = 55,00 €
- up to 30kg = 70,00 €
If the dispatch to foreign countries involves 2 or more packages of 30kg or more each, we may calculate as follows: freight forwarding, prices depending on weight, measure, distance, additional costs.

Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 8 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Further details on payment
As long as you make the prepayment through PayPal, we will grant you 2 % early payment discount on the gross product value of the order.
Payment by invoice is from the second order onwards.
The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 30 days.
