Shipping Terms
The following terms apply to our business customers:
Shipping Conditions
Delivery is available within Germany and the following countries:
Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Italy, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic.
Shipping Cost Contribution
(adjusted to the current prices of our shipping partner DHL as of 10/1/2024, valid from 10/1/2024)
Domestic Deliveries (Germany), all prices net:
Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping weight per package up to a maximum of 30 kg.
Price tier for domestic shipping:
- Up to 5 kg = €6.30
- Up to 10 kg = €8.90
- Up to 20 kg = €14.00
- Up to 30 kg = €16.50
For shipping large quantities (2 or more packages, each up to 30 kg), forwarding by freight carrier may be advisable. Please contact us in advance!
International Deliveries
We calculate shipping costs to European countries based on shipping weight (all prices net):
Extra charge for front door delivery is included.

- Up to 5 kg = €17.00
- Up to 10 kg = €21.00
- Up to 17 kg = €27.00

Postal Zone C (non-EU, Neighboring Countries)
Switzerland, Liechtenstein
- Up to 3 kg = €23.00
- Up to 5 kg = €25.00
- Up to 10 kg = €28.00
- Up to 19 kg = €35.00
- Up to 30 kg = €40.00
Postal Zone D (non-EU)
Norway
- Up to 5 kg = €25.00
- Up to 10 kg = €35.00
- Up to 15 kg = €45.00
- Up to 20 kg = €53.00
- Up to 25 kg = €60.00
- Up to 30 kg = €70.00
For shipping large quantities (more than 2 packages, each up to 30 kg), forwarding by freight carrier may be an option. Please contact us before submitting your order!
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 3 - 5 days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 8 days after contract conclusion (for agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that delivery does not occur on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one consolidated shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

Additional Payment Details
If you pay in advance via the PayPal payment system, we offer a 2% discount on the total invoice amount.
Payment by invoice is available from the second order onward.
The invoice amount for payment on invoice must be settled within 30 days without deductions.
