Shipping Conditions for Retailers

1. Delivery countries

Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Italy, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Austria, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic.

2. Shipping costs

a. Domestic deliveries (Germany)

All prices include statutory value-added tax: We base our prices on DHL's cost structure and calculate them according to weight and depending on peak and peak in peak (peak periods are times when shipping volumes are very high, for which DHL and other parcel service providers charge additional fees):

b. International deliveries
All shipping costs include doorstep delivery; this is an additional option for Sweden and Finland, subject to a surcharge. All prices are net prices.

The shipping price is calculated based on the destination country, base price, and weight. This results in different costs.

The surcharges per package for peak times and peak-in-peak are the same for all countries.

3. Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered within Germany within 3-5 days and to other countries within 5-8 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.


4. Accepted payment methods

    a. Payment as immediate payment in advance
    You transfer the payment amount based on the order, or a pro forma invoice if applicable

    b. As a bank transfer: 
     The bank details will be sent to you with the order confirmation
    We grant a 2% discount for all forms of immediate payment.
    In the case of immediate payment/advance payment via a bank, the invoice will show the discount amount. Payment is due IMMEDIATELY
    c. Payment on account
     You transfer the invoice amount within 30 days without deduction.


5. Further details on payment

  1. We reserve the right to request advance payment for first-time orders.
  2. Payment is automatically considered overdue after the payment deadline has expired.
