Unfluorinated Coating

You know how it is: snow sticks to your skis, ice clusters form, and dirt from the trail sticks to everything. Sprayed on in good time, ZIPPS Anti-Icing Spray helps prevent such build-up. A highly regarded and proven product, sold in large quantities every winter. Here is the unfluorinated version.Spray bottle (propellant-free), 100 ml.  Unfluorinated.Minimises the adhesion of snow or ice to scales or microzones, ‘Zero’ skis, climbing wax, climbing skins and shoe soles.

Unfluorinated base cleaner for ZeroFluor-waxes and TopBase 21. Synthetic bottle, 500ml. High-purity isoparaffins are the solvents for unfluorinated waxes. Follow-up product of our Citric Cleaner, even more effective and more gentle. Special acetates and alcohols solve impurities, such as dirt and grit. All solvents used in this product are bio-degradable. Using instruction: Put a small quantity of C 3 on a clean cloth (put the folded cloth over the neck of the bottle, turn bottle over), wipe over the base, let the liquid work. Then wipe over the base again, thus removing wax and dirt. Repeat if necessary.  

100 ml in a handy spray bottle For ski mountaineers: cleaner for their climbing skins. It gently removes the dirt from adhesives on climbing skins and of the surface of skins. Spray onto the adhesive, remove the dirt using a clean cloth or sponge, and allow to dry. For cross-country skiers using so called skin-skis: Respectively spray it on the skin of your XC-skis. Leave the product to work, then remove the wax and dirt from the skin with a clean cloth. Skin C1 is not classified as a dangerous good and can therefore be carried in checked luggage when travelling by air.

Air temperature:  -15°C /  +15°CConvincing product for alpine sports and luges as well as XC. G ZEROFLUOR is to be applied directly from the bottle onto the clean (and by a base wax saturated) base. Then cork and brush thoroughly.Wax again, as required.G ZEROFLUOR can also be used as a base wax! In this case, after thoroughly cleaning the base, apply two coats of G. Once the first coat has dried and been corked in, apply the second coat. This also dries, is then corked, and only now (!!) is it either polished with the felt side of the cork or thoroughly brushed with a soft brush.G zero (like good old G) provides waterproof and protection from ice clusters on your climbing skins.    

Wax for training and casual skíing, unfluorinated. Unfluorinated version of our GR 20 for cold and moist conditions. Very effective in alpine skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing and luge. 75ml in bottles with sponge applicators. Recommended for air temperature between 0°C down to  -12°C or even -15°C.Air humidity: min. 50% and track or slope rather moist than dry.GR 21 has been reinforced by adding a novel polymer.

Do you simply want your skis, snowboard or sledge to glide well in all conditions? Are you an experienced recreational sports enthusiast who doesn’t want to spend too much time preparing your winter sports equipment? Do you want your wax to be fluorine-free? Here’s the solution: the affordable ZIPPS starter kit, shown here in the ZeroFluor version 1 x G ZeroFluor (100ml) + 1 cork with felt G ZeroFluor is our non-fluorinated all-purpose wax, which ensures effortless, smooth gliding in all conditions and with all snow sports equipment.Application: 1. Important: The base must be clean. ZIPPS Base Cleaner C 31 is fluorine-free and highly effective. Clean the base with a paper towel soaked in the cleaner; repeat if necessary. 2. Apply a thin layer of wax (using the sponge applicator on the bottle). 3. After a drying time of 5–10 minutes, use the cork. First, work the wax in well with the cork. Then polish the base with the felt on the back of the cork or brush it out. ZIPPS tip: If the surface shows grey patches, it has dried out. In this case, you should either use hot wax or, after thorough cleaning, apply two to three coats of wax, allow to dry and then cork in.
