Shipping Conditions for Consumers

Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Estonia, Finland, France, Italy, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Austria, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic.

Shipping Costs
All shipping costs include the surcharge for doorstep delivery where this is possible as an additional option!

Deliveries within Germany (all prices include VAT):  
We charge a flat shipping fee of €6.60 per order.  
For orders over €150.00, shipping is free of charge.

Deliveries within the EU  
We charge a flat shipping fee of €16.00 net, plus VAT applicable in the respective country, per order, regardless of weight.  
For orders over €210.08 net, plus VAT applicable in the respective country, shipping is free.

Deliveries to European countries outside the EU (all prices are net):  
We charge a flat shipping fee of €20.00 per order for deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.  
For orders over €252.10 net, shipping is free.
To Norway and Iceland, we charge €16.00 net per package; for orders over €252.10 net, shipping is free.

Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery within Germany is made within 3 - 5 days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (for advance payment, after receipt of your payment instruction).  
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.  
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the items together in one shipment, unless we have made alternative arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

For self-pickup, we will inform you via email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
