Shipping conditions for end consumers

We ship within Germany and to the following countries : Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Italy, Iceland, Croatiea, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovaia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, United Kingdom (Greatbritain).

 No delivery to these islands: Jersey, Guernsey

Shipment costs

Deliveries inside Germany, includig VAT:
For shipment inside Germany we charge a price of 5,80 € per order, regardless of the weight of the package.

From a value of the order of 100,00 € or more we ship free of charge.


Shipment to EU countries, inclusive VAT of the respective country of delivery:
For shipment into EU countries we charge overall 13,45 € net plus VAT of the respective country of delivery, regardless of the weight of the package.
From a value of the order of 250,00 € or more we ship free of charge.

Shipment into European non-EU countries, all prices net:
For shipment into European non-EU countries we charge an overall price of 16,00 € net per order.
From a value of the order of 250,00 € or more we ship free of charge.

Time of delivery

For Germany: within 3 - 5 days, for foreign countries: within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of contract, in case of  agreement to prepayment: shipment upon receipt of payment.

Please note: There will be no deliveries on Sundays and public holiday.

If you have ordered items with differing delivery times, we will ship all items in one package, as long as there has been no agreement otherwise. Delivery times are based upon the article in your order with the longest delivery time.
